Case No. 114 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Moharram Nut after his arrest by the police. Moharram Nut has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 27673 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
