Patna High Court CWJC No.17388 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 Appointment Committee has finally taken a decision to appoint the younger brother of the petitioner namely Ajay Kumar, whereafter a letter dated 20.11.2014 has also been issued to him but the said decision has not been challenged by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
