Petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506, 467, 468 and 12(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2017.
