Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of the Bihar Prevention of defacement of Property Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.6.2016 on the accusation that he was caught by the police while he got constructed boundary wall on the land of Bihar State Awash Board. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kshiprachala Anjali, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna / concerned court in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case no. 269/2015.
