The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with rod on the head of the Dhananjay Rai.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a lacerated injury of marginal size has been found on the forehead and there is a counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.34806 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
