JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 18/20 of the U.A.P. Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report along with several other persons but no specific over act has been attributed against him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 28.10.2015 and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29589 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate IX, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No.71 of 2015.
