Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 129 of 2018 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 1015 of 2018 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Further submission is that the alleged seized material is in small quantity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
