2. The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025 (G.R. {NDPS} Case No. 93 of 2025), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 21(C), 25, 29 & 35 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery of 7 litres of Onerex cough syrup and 200 tablets of Nitrazepam (Netzecare-10) have been made from the possession of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 04.10.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submits that the recovered quantity is much more than than the commercial quantity.

6. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity of narcotic substance, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
