The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 424 of 2022 registered under Section 363/365/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 4/8 of the POCSO Act was added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further he submits that in the instant case, First Information Report is lodged after lapse of three days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
