JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel representing the State.
The petitioners want to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 10.02.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 51477 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioners are in custody since 28.05.2015 and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of the trial, there was no intention to commit murder and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration, The learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioners are assailants.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
