Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. During investigation also nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
