Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and F.I.R. has been lodged after one month by the informant due to her wrongful gain. Victim girl had love affairs with the petitioner and they have solemnized marriage. The age of victim girl is above 18 years old as is evident from annexure - 2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.71567 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -1, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
