The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she specifically stated that she has solemnized her marriage with the petitioenr by her own sweet will. Although learned Magistrate assessed the age of victim as 15 years but she disclosed her age as 18 years. The medical board found the age of the victim as 17 to 18 years.
