The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 73 of 2012 registered under Sections 364, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that son of the informant was driver of the petitioner and his ten months salary was not paid by the petitioner. It is further alleged that petitioner had called the son of the informant for payment of salary and since then he was traceless. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence took place as alleged on 26.09.2010 but complaint has been filed on 04.08. 2011.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41670 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 73 of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
