The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25 (1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. There is only allegation upon the petitioner is that 3.8kg Ganja was recovered from the shop of the petitioner while a country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 01.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
