Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.08.2011 on the accusation that looted motorcycle has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the trial of the petitioner is still pending and there is no possibility of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
