Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, they were apprehended and confessed their guilt. Moreover, the mobile phone, which has been used in the present crime, does not stand in the name of petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on
