Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as under the Arms Act. Miscreants committed robbery near railway bridge and caused injury to the driver of a maruti car. Police laid search and recovered two country made pistols from the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, denying the allegations, submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive, when he was going to Patna for his treatment. Petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2019.

In view of the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as his criminal history, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
