Petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No.200 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act. Supplementary Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that other cases are also pending against him beside the cases mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition. Counsel for the petitioner submits that two motorcycles were recovered from the possession of Santosh Kumar Singh. Santosh Kumar Singh has given statement before the police that he has received the aforesaid motorcycle from Chotu Singh. The petitioner has given the motorcycle to Chotu

There is no any recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.200 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
