This Court finds that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17431 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 apparently, they have lost interest in the present case and moreover, the advertisement being of the year 2004 and now about 18 years having passed by, probably, no lis survives for consideration, thus the present writ petition appears to have become infructuous with the efflux of time, hence, is dismissed.
