JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has died during pendency of this writ petition and his legal heir resides abroad. He submits that thus this writ petition has abated. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the legal heirs of the original petitioner to agitate the grievances in future, if any, before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
