The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 54/2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 47(a) and 54 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is owner of vehicle as mentioned in the written report. He has no concern with alleged liquor, which has been recovered from the aforesaid vehicle.
The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58288 of 2018 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 54/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
