2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/order commanding the respondents to pay enhanced compensation to the petitioners after categorizing the land belonging to the petitioners to be situated on commercial main road;

(ii) for issuance of appropriate writ/write, order/order commanding the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.5376 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 to pay the compensation of the house belonging to the petitioners which was situated on the plot in question;

(iii) for issuance of any other writ / writs / order orders or direction to which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing his remedy before the appropriate authority, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority (henceforth for short 'the LARRA').

4. If such petition is preferred within four weeks from today, 'the LARRA' shall ensure that the same is taken to its logical conclusion after hearing all the concerned parties and perusing the record, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of filing of the petition.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of granting such liberty.
