The petitioner, who is an Assistant Teacher has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice dated 21.06.2024, issued by the District Program Officer, Gopalganj, whereby, the petitioner has been asked to explain the anomalies in the intermediate mark sheet of the petitioner submitted by him.

3. Pursuant to the aforesaid show cause notice dated 21.06.2024, it has been submitted that the petitioner has filed reply

Patna High Court CWJC No.5192 of 2025 dt.02-04-2025 2/2 to the show cause on 24.01.2025 before the District Program Officer, Gopalganj. It has, however, been stated that no final order has been passed by the District Program Officer, Gopalganj on the reply filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice issued to him by the District Program Officer dated 21.06.2024.

4. In view of the above circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Program Officer, Gopalganj / respondent No. 6 to pass a final order on the reply submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice dated 21.06.2024, issued to the petitioner by the respondent No. 6 within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
