JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 3 liters country made liquor and other utensils are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.06.2016. The informant claims that country made liquor was being prepared in the house of the petitioner but even if, the aforesaid claims assume to be true, then also, it is specific case of the prosecution that the husband of the petitioner was involved in manufacturing of illicit liquor and when the raid was made, petitioner was caught while she was trying to flee away from her home.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
