The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 281/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/379/307/354/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of snatching gold chain.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28837 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 281/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
