2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 60/2021 lodged on 03.03.2021 under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 373, 435, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently Section 302 of the IPC was also added vide order dated 06.03.2021.

As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against seven named accused persons, including the present petitioner alleging therein that all the accused persons in connivance with each other attacked on the father of the informant and brutally assaulted him, as a result of which, he died in course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

A bare perusal of the fardbeyan, it appears that there is nothing against the present petitioner. The main allegation is against six persons that they have assaulted the informant's father due to which head injury caused and he died. It is only alleged against the petitioner that she assaulted the father of the informant with a lathi and took away Rs.500/- from the pocket of the informant. The petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and she is in custody since 07.07.2023.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
