JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

800 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the public place.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got
