Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28733 of 2021(3) dt.15-02-2022 2/3 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others by means of Bhala, Garasa and butt of the pistol.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. Moreover, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
