2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 574 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have entered into the house of the informant and looted jewelleries, clothes, LCD T.V., mobile, helmet, A.T.M. cards and cash Rs.12,000/- and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that

No.29704 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but the name of the petitioner has come during the course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Anuj Paswan. The petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature as mentioned in para-3 of this application and in the supplementary affidavit,
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and it is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
