2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant solemnized the marriage of his daughter with co-accused Dharmendra Kumar on 30.04.2025. After sometime of marriage, the husband and in laws of informant's daughter started torturing and ill treating her. It is further alleged that on 17.10.2025, all the accused persons including the petitioner killed the informant's daughter by poisoning her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19428 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/3 petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and business of the deceased and her husband. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased is already under custody. The charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Krishna Prasad (father-in-law of the deceased) and Kiran Devi (sister-in-law of the deceased) have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17604 of 2026. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2025 having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, clean antecedent of the petitioner and period of custody undergone, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
