The contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.3.2013 passed in LPA No. 333/2013.

The only direction of this Court by the said order was to the District Magistrate to consider and pass appropriate order with regard to the order dated 11.10.2012 for ratification or annulment of the same.

Patna High Court MJC No.3970 of 2014 (3) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, it is stated that by his order dated 21.11.2014, the District Magistrate, Vaishali has approved the order dated 11.10.2012.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, no case for contempt is made out. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
