JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S.Case No. 35 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 20.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15846 of 2016.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
