The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 387 of 2019, Rail (Mokama) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 63 liters of country made liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 8.1.2019.
