2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 269 of 2019 within a stipulated period which is pending before him since 01.11.2019. (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioner.

3. Short question for consideration is relating to disposal of the Anganwari Appeal No. 269 of 2019 which is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority is hereby directed to decide the Anganwari Appeal No. 269 of 2019 after due opportunity to such of those persons right are likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
