2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2016 in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Niraj Kumar. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Statement is made at the bar that the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016 in B.P. No. 1113 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.32898 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016. .
