Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Excise Case No. 210 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. She has no concern with liquor in question. Nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. She happens to be a lady. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.07.2018.
