2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make appointment on the post of Aanganwari Sevika of Ananganwari Centre of Ward No.11 of Chainpur, Village- Patilar of districtWest Champaran and appoint the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika became petitioner is the most suitable candidate amongst all the applicants.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6372 of 2020 dt.10-01-2022 2/2 (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to complete the process of appointment within fortnight.

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to convene the Aam Sabha meeting pursuant to the notice dated 11.02.2020 and select the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika of Patilar Panchayat, Bagaha in the district of West Champaran.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, her candidature shall be considered for selection and appointment.

5. If the petitioner is not eligible, in that event necessary order shall be passed in rejecting her claim.

6. The above exercise must be completed within the time indicated herein above.

7. The writ application stands disposed of.
