The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Trial No.101 of 2019 (arising out of Bikram P.S.Case No.157 of 2014) registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that the informant received information from her villagers that her husband has been admitted in the hospital and on getting such information, she went to the hospital and at that time the second wife of her husband, her mother and brother fled away from there. There is head injury to her husband so for better treatment he was taken to another hospital but he died.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18319 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 that except suspicion there are no other allegations against the petitioner and there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 7th, Danapur in connection with Session Trial No.101 of 2019 (arising out of Bikram P.S.Case No.157 of 2014). With the above direction, this application is allowed.
