JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-2(16), 9, 27, R/W, 38(V), (2), 49(B), 51, 52 and 57 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

Petitioner was arrested on 19-01-2016 and for recovery of skin of tiger, a separate case was registered and the present case was lodged against the petitioner and others for the same offence.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court for recovery of tiger skin.
