This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. Their prayer for bail was considered and rejected on 09.12.2016 (Annexure-A-1).

Mr. Ojha states that some other accused persons of the present case have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide annexure-5. Considering the above, it has been submitted that the petitioners would seek withdrawal of this application so that they may surrender and pray for regular bail wherein the said order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49419 of 2016 shall also be placed before the court concerned for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3677 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 that the persons having identical allegation have since been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The application is permitted to withdrawn with the said liberty.
