2 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No 64 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons tortured the complainant and ousted her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been resolved amicably.

6 Considering the rival submissions, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No 64 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
