The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 223, 224, 598A, 420, 376, 120B, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are parents-in-law and Dewar of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. From the complaint petition itself, it appears that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7337 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 there is general and omnibus allegation leveled against the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest within six weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1505 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
