The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Banmankhi P.S.Case No.184 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant aged about 16 years by the petitioner with the help of three other co-accused named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the victim daughter of the informant fell in love with the petitioner and she used to talk with him through video calling on the mobile of her cousin Md. Shahid and she performed the marriage with the petitioner. Further submission is that she has herself stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 11.10.2018 that, in fact, she herself used to talk with the petitioner through video calling on mobile of her cousin brother Shahid as she has
