Petitioner is accused in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered under Sections 269, 275, 279 of the I.P.C. and 27 (b)(ii) and 27(d)of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
The accusation is that on 17.04.2016, the Drug Inspector in course of raid in Medicine shop situated near the clinic of Dr. Shiv Mangal Singh, two staffs namely Vinod Kumar and Kamlesh Kumar were found sitting in the medical shop, who did not produce the paper for running the medical shop and disclosed that the medical shop is run by petitioner Shivam Kumar.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34128 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the Medicine Shop situated near the clinic of Dr. Shiv Mangal Singh. The petitioner has been falsely implicated and is in custody since 20.06.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016.
