JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 347 of 2018, dated 12.08.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 308, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the informant had dashed against the petitioners while driving his motorcycle. As a reaction of which, the informant is alleged to have been assaulted, leading to injuries on his person.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18870 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that some passers-by may have assaulted the informant as the petitioners had fallen down on the ground because of the accident.

Considering the background facts and the nature of accusation against the petitioners coupled with their clean antecedents, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 347 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
