Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Sachin Kumar and, after that, petitioner was arrested and remanded in jail custody since 1104-2016. Paragraph-3 of the petition goes to show that after arrest in the present case, petitioner was remanded in two other cases, which have been lodged against unknown persons.
