2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 04.11.2015 in Trial No. 1753 of 2018 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. Prima facie, a strong case has been found against the petitioner for prosecution. In view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of State of Bihar Vs. Ramesh Singh reported in 1977 SCC (4) 39, this application is dismissed.
