2. The petitioner apprehended his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 390 of 2022 in C.R. Case No. 390 of 2022 instituted under Sections 323, 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the Mediation both the parties have compromised the matter in terms of the settlement mutually agreed upon them.

4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 has also conceded the said fact.

5. Learned APP for the State submits that in view of the compromise taken place between the petitioner and the Opposite Party No. 2, he has no objection for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the record, it appears that matter was sent to the mediation and it is reported by the Mediator that the dispute between the parties has been settled through the process of mediation. A copy of the report is already on record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 390 of 2022 in C.R. Case No. 390 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
