The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the co-accused Pawan Kumar Das alias Munni with the help of this petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused persons. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific allegation of kidnapping of daughter of the informant is against the co-accused Pawan Kumar Das alias Munni, who is the

No.27791 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 neighbour of the informant and used to visit the house of the informant, but the name of the petitioner and other accused has been detailed by the informant in the F.I.R. due to grudge and dirty village politics. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S.
